Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement • By participating in activities with Improv New Mexico (“Organization”), I RELEASE and WAIVE all claims, including those arising from NEGLIGENCE, against the Organization, its agents, employees, venues, and affiliates. This includes any loss, injury, or damage to me or my property. I assume all inherent risks and agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the Organization from any related costs or liabilities. I will follow all rules and confirm I am physically capable of participating. I understand the Organization is not responsible for medical expenses and recommend obtaining health insurance. This agreement binds my heirs and representatives and is governed by New Mexico law. By signing, I confirm I am 18 or older, have read and understood this waiver, and accept its terms voluntarily.
